God’s Covenant and Rainbow
After the worldwide flood of God’s judgement on mankind, God made a covenant with Noah and his descendants. Never again would God destroy the world through a global flood. To mark the covenant promise, God place His bow, a rainbow, in the sky.
Interestingly, the rainbow should cause us to recall more than God’s promise. What else should this sign from God bring to mind? How should it effect the way in which we live, raise our children, and witness to others? You might be surprised!
